Minju Kim is a South Korean artist based in London. She is an emerging painter and sculptor who has exhibited her work internationally. Her work explores desire as a main subject matter alongside the concept of life and death, inspired by human anatomy and psychoanalytic theory. She initially studied printmaking at Hongik University (2007-13) in Seoul, followed by MA in Visual Arts: Illustration at Camberwell College of Arts in (2015-17). Her most recent exhibitions include The Void of Desire: Minju Kim x Eugene Wood, The Truman Brewery, London, UK (2021); and CrypTOKYO,NFT Exhibition, UltraSuperNew Gallery, Tokyo, Japan (2021).

The artwork will be safely stored, free of charge until Friday 17 December 2021. Alternatively, Freedom from Torture can help organise national and international delivery of artworks through a third party, to the winner. The winning bidder will be responsible for all delivery costs and will be invoiced directly by the third party.
